The following prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ are composed by Habib Ibrahim bin `Aqil bin Yahya (may Allah have mercy upon him and benefit us by him).
Habib Ibrahim said:
“Every act of worship is liable to be ruined by ostentation (riya’) except bestowing prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ because it is a means of intercession and it is accepted by Allah whatever the state of the person.”
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ و سَلِّمْ و بَارِكْ و كَرِّمْ عَلى سَيِّدِنا مُحَمَّدٍ حَبِيبِكَ المَحْبُوب و مُحِبِّيهِ كَمَا يُرْضِيكَ و يُرْضِيهِ و حَبِّبْنَا إِلَيْهِ و زِدْنا مَحَبَةً فِيهِ
Allahumma salli wa sallim wa barik wa karrim `ala Sayyidina Muhammad habibik al-mahbub wa muhibbihi kama yurdika wa yurdihi wa habbibna ilayhi wa zidna mahabbatan fih.
O Allah, bestow Your prayers, peace, blessings and generosity upon our Master Muhammad, Your Beloved, and upon those who love him to the extent that pleases You and pleases him and make us beloved to him and increase us in love for him.
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ و سَلِّمْ كما تَرْضَى و تُحِبْ عَلى سَيِّدِنا مُحَمَّدٍ أَحَبِّ مَنْ تُحِبْ و على آلِهِ و صَحْبِهِ و جَميعِ مَنْ يُحِبُّونَهُ و يُحِبْ و هَبْ لي بِحَقِّهِ و بِحَقِّهِمْ في الدَّارَيْنِ ما أُحِبْ و أَدْخِلْنِي و مَنْ أُحِبْ فِيمَنْ تُحِبْ
Allahumma salli wa sallim kama tarda wa tuhibb `ala sayyidina Muhammad ahabbi man tuhibb wa `ala alihi wa sahbihi wa jami`i man yuhibbunahu wa yuhibb wa hab li bihaqqihi wa bihaqqihim fi’ddarayn ma uhibb wa adkhilni wa man uhibb fiman tuhib.
O Allah, bestow Your prayers and peace to the extent which pleases You and as You wish upon our Master Muhammad, the most beloved of those that You love and upon his Family and Companions and all those that they love and he loves. I ask You by his station and their station to bless me with all that I wish for in both abodes and to make me and those that I love among those that You love.
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ و سَلِّمْ عَلى سَيِّدِنا مُحَمَّدٍ سَيِّدِ الكَوْنَيْنِ و على آلِهِ و صَحْبِهِ صَلاةً و سَلاماً نَسْعَدُ بِهِما في الدَّارَيْنِ
Allahumma salli wa sallim `ala sayyidina Muhammad sayyidi’l-kawnayn wa `ala alihi wa sahbihi salatan wa salaman nas`adu bihima fi’ddarayn.
O Allah, bestow prayers and peace upon our Master Muhammad, the master of both realms and upon his Family and Companions, by which we attain felicity in both abodes.
