Salawat with Allah’s Beautiful Names: Ya Sabur (the Most Patient)

Allah says: “Those who patiently persevere will receive a reward without measure.” (39:10) In this prayer, Sayyidi Habib Umar bin Hafiz (may Allah preserve him and benefit us by him), teaches us to ask Allah through the Prophet, the most patient of people, to make us among those who patiently persevere and thus receive a reward without measure.

O Allah, the Most Patient, bestow abundant prayers and peace upon Your slave and beloved, our Master Muhammad, the most patient Prophet, and upon his Family and Companions. By him make me among the patient who are given their reward without measure accompanied with goodness, kindness and wellbeing out of Your grace and generosity.
