Yes, if you are busy you can recite some of your awrad before or after the set time. Awrad should always be made up if you are unable to recite them at their set time. How can I be consistent in reciting my awrad?
You can attain consistency by remembering the great effect that reciting them has in this life and the next and by reflecting upon the rewards and benefits that have been narrated regarding the remembrance of Allah. Some scholars mention that if someone remembers Allah without being able to hear himself then these adhkar do not count, although he is rewarded for them. Please clarify this. Is it possible for a seeker to enter khalwah (spiritual seclusion) without the supervision of a shaykh?
This is like someone taking medicine without the supervision of a doctor. There may be general benefit in taking the medicine, but the patient will not receive full treatment without the supervision of the doctor.

How can someone increase their fear of Allah?
You can do this by reflecting upon His greatness and the return to Him and upon His promises of reward and punishment.
