Are the additions at the end of the Ratib of Imam al-Haddad part of it?
The additions were added by later scholars. They originate from narrations of the Prophet ﷺ. There were originally three fatihahs at the end of the Ratib: the first for al-Faqih al-Muqaddam, the second for the Ba ‘Alawi shaykhs and the Sufis wherever they may be and the third for the Ummah. The rest were added by various scholars.

Sometimes I am busy and unable to recite my awrad at their appointed times. Can I recite them before the set time or make them up after?
Yes, if you are busy you can recite some of your awrad before or after the set time. Awrad should always be made up if you are unable to recite them at their set time. How can I be consistent in reciting my awrad?
You can attain consistency by remembering the great effect that reciting them has in this life and the next and by reflecting upon the rewards and benefits that have been narrated regarding the remembrance of Allah. Some scholars mention that if someone remembers Allah without being able to hear himself then these adhkar do not count, although he is rewarded for them. Please clarify this.
